Dr. Ismail Hassan is an accomplished educationalist with over 23 years of experience in the field of teaching, career counselling, and academic leadership. He is also the founder of AimZE Academy – a global academy dedicated to helping students become the best version of themselves and find fulfilling careers. After completing his Master’s degree in Chemistry, he went on to earn a Ph.D. in Chemistry, which laid the foundation for a distinguished career in education both in India and abroad. Over the years, he has worked with students from diverse nationalities, mentoring many who now hold top positions in different parts of the world. Currently, he serves as a Chemistry faculty member at Prince Sattam Bin Abdul Aziz University, KSA, where he continues to inspire and guide young learners.

Alongside his teaching career, Dr. Hassan has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Principal of national and international schools, where he successfully implemented academic programs across different curricula. From the very beginning of his career, he recognized the importance of career counselling and student guidance, which led him to conduct numerous educational seminars, workshops, and life-skills training programs for students, parents, organizations, and companies. His sessions are known for their practical insights and motivational approach, leaving a lasting impact on participants.

Dr. Hassan’s expertise extends beyond academics. With a strong interest in psychology, he combines his knowledge of emotional, intellectual, and physical well-being to guide students and professionals in a holistic manner. His counselling approach focuses on understanding each individual’s unique strengths and challenges, and then providing tailored guidance to help them achieve their goals. As an international trainer and motivational speaker, he has addressed diverse audiences, inspiring them to pursue excellence with clarity and confidence.

In addition to his university role, Dr. Hassan has been associated as resource person in many reputed career organizations.
